This Villa is located only a few walking minutes away from the white sandy beach in a well maintained complex. In the livingroom of about 50 m2 you will find a open fireplace, stereo installation, tv-set, kitchen and a generous eating corner.
On the from the outside invisible Patio you find a private pool, teakwood chairs an table, sunchairs and a sunscreen. Through the Patio you reach the sleeping part of the Villa with 2 bedrooms (2 singel beds and 1 double bed) and a bathroom.
The generous bathroom with daylight contains a shower, toilet and bidet. Through the Patio you reach as well the big sunningterass with fantastic seaview on the bay of Costa Calma. A good place for having a nice diner and to start or end the day in a comfortable way.
From the Costa Calma starts a ca. 25 Km. long white sandy beach. The whole year around you have the posebility for a lot of sportactivities in a comfortable and steady climate. The watertemperature are almost always between 19-24 degrees celcius, also during the Christmas time.
