The Place of a beautifully decorated and furnished duplex with 2 swimming-pools. The duplex is located right on the beach in "EL Cotillo Los Lagos" with a unforgetable panoramic ocean view, overlooking the lagoons of Cotillo with espectacular sunsets.
Al the windows provide extensive sea views and a big terrace with a sundeck gives you space to relax. These Duplex has two bedrooms and one bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Ideal for 4 friends or a family with 2 children (and a baby too). A open-plan lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. One big swimming-pool with jakuzzi and a samler pool for the children.
The beaches, which are right infront of the Duplex are called "Los Lagos". They are very family friendly as a natural reef provides protection of the waves. Experienced surfers can ride these waves. One of the famous surf spots on the island.You are only a few minutes walk from the small rustic little fishing village "El Cotillo".
El Cotillo is situated on the northwest corner of Fuerteventura. Cotillo's main attraction are the wonderful beaches and lagoons. The DUPLEX is located to the north of the village just infront of the the fine white sand lagoons. The closer you walk towards the lighthouse the more secluded the lagoons become. All of these lagoons are safe for young children to swim and play.
The village also offers a few shops , bars, 2 banks and 3 well stocked supermarkets, and if all this isn’t enough Corralejo, the main tourist area for Fuerteventura, is only 19km 15-20 minutes drive. There is an excellent and a reliable bus service, which is inexpensive and a great way of getting about Fuerteventura. Cotillo has fantastic beaches and lagoons that lie to the south of this little harbour town. From the cliffs there are several footpaths that lead down to the Playa del Castillo, one of the nicest beaches in this region.
